What happened to Dr Moumita Debnath that night at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital ?? A Blog by Muhammad Talha Shafiq   T he gruesome rape and murder of the trainee Doctor of Kolkata begs the questions that arise as to why women all over india have not shouted out for this injustice. It is at this moment that indians have to ponder upon the reasons as to how this culture of violence and disrespect continues unabated . An unfortunate incident happened inside the RG Kar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata (West Bengal) on the 9th of August in which a trainee doctor – Dr Moumita Debnath was raped while brutalized and killed in a inhumane way.  Her colleagues reported her missing the next morning, about 11:30 a.m.Her body was recovered in a seminar room.
